Come and (re)connect with the joy of tree climbing!
The workshop is for all levels and will focus on building confidence and precision. Through the playful warm up you will get more in touch with balancing, momentum and jumping. To then play around with this in and around the trees in a way that helps you build trust in your own capabilities.
